HOW A PARTNERING EVENT WORKS?
1. Registration | until 1 Juni 2018
From registration to the event, there will be regular e-mail updates explaining what you need to do next.
2. Set up a profile
Create a strong profile which will increase your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will generate significantly more meetings. Remember: your profile will be live and visible even after the event.
Note: You can only be invited/requested for a B2B meeting if you have selected to attend a B2B meeting in the “My attendance” option!
3. Request meetings | 1 May - 6 June 2018
Be active, not reactive. Browse published participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark about why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.
4. Build connections | 7 & 8 June2018
About 1-2 days before the event you will receive an email with your detailed meeting schedule.
